Lottery Sambad is an Indian lottery game that provides three opportunities to win a million rupees every day at 1 pm, 4 pm, and 8 pm. All drawings are held in Nagaland at the Nagaland State Lotteries Directorate, P.R. Hill Junction, Nagaland, Kohima – 797001. Individual states can decide whether or not to legalise lotteries, according to the Indian Supreme Court. Lottery Sambad is legal in the following states:
- Maharashtra – Mumbai
- Nagaland – Kohima
- Punjab – Chandigarh
- Sikkim – Gangtok
- West Bengal
West Bengal has the most Lottery Sambad players of any state in India, and as a result, West Bengal wins the most Lottery Sambad prizes.
Punjab Lottery
The Punjab State Lottery has been in operation since 1968. It is handled by the Punjab Government’s Finance Department division to provide a fair and transparent lottery. It runs monthly ‘Bumper’ lotteries and draws to commemorate significant holidays throughout the year.
Retailers return details of tickets that haven’t been sold on the draw day; therefore, these aren’t included in the draw. After the programme has been launched, the Punjabi State Lottery Director is free to increase or decrease the number of tickets in each draw. The draws are held in Ludigarh, Punjab’s Zila Parishad Building.
All lottery winners in Punjab must fill out a claim form and provide further documentation to prove their ownership and identity.
Goa State Lottery
Goa, India’s southwestern coastal state, is known for its gorgeous beaches and is one of the 13 places in India where lotteries are authorised.
On February 23, 1995, Goa’s Directorate of State Lotteries was founded to create and oversee games and draws. It combined with the National Savings Organisation on April 1, 2006, to establish the Directorate of Small Savings and Lotteries (DSSL).
Goa hosts up to five lottery draws every day, making it the state with the most lottery draws in the country. In addition to regular draws, Bumper drawings are held during key dates and national festivals, such as Diwali.
The Labhalxmi, Rajshree, and Golden Dhanlaxmi are the three daily lottery drawings in Goa.
Arunachal State Lottery
Every day, the Arunachal State Lottery holds three draws. Each of these ‘Singam’ draws the first prize of ₹26.03 lakhs, with numerous additional rewards ranging from ₹120 to ₹9,500. Each draw costs ₹6, and tickets are available from lottery merchants in Arunachal Pradesh.
Mizoram Lottery
Mizoram State Lotteries holds weekly and monthly draws with various high-value rewards. Weekly ‘Magic’ draws are held around the state, with new rewards available each day. During the Basant Panchami festival, a weekly draw and an annual Bumper Lottery are also held.

All drawings are held at Tuikhuahtlang, Aizawl – 796 001, Mizoram, by the Institutional Finance and State Lottery Government of Mizoram. Except for the Basant Panchami Bumper, which begins at 2:00 pm, all draws begin at 5:00 pm.
These lotteries have authorised merchants throughout the state, posting results online shortly after each draw.
Meghalaya Lottery

Go to your local store and tell them which lottery you want to participate in to get a ticket. Tickets for the Bodoland lottery are not available online.
Bhutan Lottery
The Bhutan State Lottery offers several engaging games in which you can participate for a chance to win fantastic rewards.
Bhutan is an independent country from India, with its own state-owned lottery run by the Ministry of Finance. In 2016, Prime Minister Lyonchen Tshering Tobgay inaugurated the first domestic monthly lottery, and further programmes to help the lottery produce cash have since followed.
